Important Notice: Changes to Shipments to the US Starting August 28, 2025

Starting August 28, 2025, the de minimis rule for shipments to the US will be abolished. As a result, all packages destined for the US will be subject to customs procedures, potentially incurring tariffs and fees, regardless of the amount. This change applies only to shipments to the US.

Changes to Orders for the US

Previously, under the de minimis rule, most shipments valued under $800 could enter the US duty-free. With the abolition of this rule, please take note of the following changes:

• Tariffs: All orders may be subject to customs processing fees. These are estimated to be up to 15% -30％　of the total order amount, including shipping costs.
• Merchandise Processing Fee (CBP): In addition to tariffs, a fee of USD1.31 may be charged.
• DHL Duty-Related Fee: 2% of the declared value (minimum USD17).

What You Need to Do When Ordering

To ensure smooth delivery, please check the following points when placing an order:

• Payment of Tariffs and Fees: Be prepared to pay tariffs, taxes, and fees directly to the carrier either at the time of delivery or before the package is released.
• Providing Accurate Contact Information: Please provide a valid phone number and email address that the carrier can easily use to contact you. Failure to be reachable for payment-related communication may result in delays.
• Understanding Financial Responsibility: If you refuse to pay the tariffs and do not accept the package, you will be responsible for the following costs:
  • Non-refundable original shipping costs from Japan.
  • Return shipping costs to Japan.
