Shipping Outside Japan

In general, orders are shipped within 3 business days.
If any item is out of stock, we will inform you of the estimated shipping date by email.

Delivery times vary depending on the postal service, customs clearance, and other factors in the destination country.
We cannot guarantee delivery times under any circumstances.

EMS (Express Mail Service): Approx. 3–7 days
Air Small Packet (Uninsured, up to 2kg): Approx. 5–12 days

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination.
The shipping fee shown in your cart is only an estimate.
If the actual cost is higher, we will contact you before shipping.

Import duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Within Japan

For domestic orders within Japan, a flat shipping fee of 770 JPY applies.
A 10% consumption tax will be added to all orders.

You may choose your preferred delivery time.

Returns

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will accept returns.
After confirmation, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
Shipping costs in this case will be covered by us.

If you selected a Registered Small Packet shipping method, we are not responsible for damage or loss during delivery.

If the returned item is not deemed defective by the manufacturer,
we will refund the cost of the item excluding all shipping fees.

We do not accept cancellations or returns for any other reason.

Returned Items Due to Refusal or Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes,
or because the recipient was unavailable and the item could not be delivered,
we will refund only the item cost, excluding shipping fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Order Tracking

After shipping via EMS, we will include the tracking number on the invoice.
You can check the delivery status via the EMS website.

Tracking is not available for small packets.
If your parcel does not arrive after one month, we will request an investigation at the post office.
Please note that investigations typically take over one month.
